Xilisoft hd converter problem?

-i've been using this to convert the matrix in matroska file format . the output file is supposed to be 9.6 GB in size and 2 and a half hours long. but every time the output is only 3+ GB and 50 minutes long. help !!!!! please !!!!!!!!
