Why won't my netflix play a single movie?

-Okay, so when on Netflix I usually watch the instant play movies.. Well I am trying to watch the movie The Runaways right now and it wont play it. It loads to 9% and then stops. When I try to play other movies it works fine.. So I don't know what to do.
