Which TV Tuner is right for me?

-Right now I'm trying to decide between the AverTV Hybrid Volar Max and the Hauppauge 1196 WinTV-HVR-1250.

Which one would you recommend? I want to use it to receive OTA Signals, but I might get cable later on if it works well. I live in a good area to receive OTA Signals, no mountains or anything.
