Time warner and Direct tv help?

-I am new to direct tv and i was with time warner. my question is that when it says that a show comes on at 9, it reall comes on at around six and hten again at around 8; but when i was on time warner it come on on the time it say. Why does it do that ? Is that just how drect tv isI'm assuming you're talking about the show listings in the Guide, right? It shouldn't be doing that. I've had DirecTV for almost 6 years and I've never seen that problem. Chances are that either you have the time zone settings wrong on your DirecTV receiver, or the Guide didn't download properly. Check the user manual for your receiver to see how to fix those issues (it varies from receiver to receiver). If that still doesn't help, you'll probably have to call DirecTV.
