Anyone else rescanned their free view box and not getting any BBC channles?

-If you can't get any bbc channels after rescanning your up to date equipment. Is this not a violation of my human rights after paying in full for a tv licence? Since this money goes to the BBC. Or at least should we be compensated or even excluded for having to buy one?Your area may be going through the digital switchover or you local transmitter may be undergoing engineering works

check www.digitaluk.co.uk and use your postcode for more Information on your transmitterA non-functioning set-top box does not constitute a violation of human rights.

I suggest you contact Digital UK

The UK television licence entitles you to operate TV receiving equipment, by the way. It does not guarantee or give you the right to clear or successful reception! The BBC is not the TV licensing authority either, regardless of whether they get the revenue from it. The licence is not a licence to receive the BBC; it's a licence to operate a TV receiver of any kind, even if you are watching commercial channels.
BBC is available in virtually everywhere in the UK. There are exceptions but they are very isolated areas. You have a problem with your equipment or a brief break in services at your local transmitter. Try again shortly. What is this nonsense about Human Rights. What planet do you live on?msth
I haven't had that problem and it could either be something wrong with the transmitter, in which case the BBC engineers will fix it, or your TV ariel may have been damaged or moved somehow. before you start demanding compensation, try checking.
I that think you are on the wrong track.....
